Right or privilege to exempt a taxpayer from paying a tax, which may be temporary or permanent depending on the regulations that govern each of the taxes, with certain situations not subject to payment of the tax. Sometimes, tax exemption will take into account certain taxpayers; in other cases, it will depend on the circumstances that affect the assets subject to taxation or the transactions or operations that configure the taxable base.
